    TMotions was approached by a leading UK automotive major, to develop a comprehensive internal platform to manage critical aspects of their business.

    Our Client is a global leader in the automotive industry and has a significant presence in the United Kingdom.

    The company was looking for a solution that would help them manage total car sales split state-wise and franchise-wise, maintain the franchise and state-wise car count, and track the journey of each car from the factory to the showroom.

    Our Client faced several challenges in managing its complex operations due to the lack of a centralized platform to track and

    manage sales, franchise information, and car parts and accessories.

    There was no efficient system in place to manage the complete incentive setting, tracking, and disbursing of the same.

    The existing manual processes were time-consuming, error-prone, and did not provide real-time visibility into the business operations.

    Our Client needed a comprehensive platform that could help them manage their operations more efficiently and improve the overall productivity of their workforce.

    What TMotions did?

    • TMotions developed an intern platform for the Automajor that streamlined the company’s opera ons and provided valuable insights to internal managers.

    • The platform also enabled the tracking of individual targets achieved and current progress, which allowed managers to monitor and incentivize performance.

    • Finally, the platform enabled the tracking of inventory status of each franchise and the health of cars available, which helped managers to optimize inventory levels and ensure that cars were maintained to a high standard.
