Job Description
- Configuring and maintaining Azure Active Directory (AD) to manage user identities and access to cloud-based resources.
- Managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
- Implementing and managing security policies and access controls to protect Azure, AD, and Microsoft 365 resources.
- Ensuring high availability and reliability of Azure, AD, and Microsoft 365 services through monitoring and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Azure, AD, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Designing and implementing automation and scripting solutions to streamline administrative tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Creating and maintaining documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Providing technical support to end-users and responding to their requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with other IT staff and stakeholders to ensure systems and services meet the needs of the organization.
